We make LOCAL and ORGANIC ingredients into nourishing and delightful meals. Offered to those getting married, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, dinner parties, holiday parties, graduation parties, office events and more… We can drop the food off and leave or do a buffet with or without the food truck. All our meat is sourced from Virginia Farmers. We carry grass fed, hormone free Beef from Seven hills Food Co., pasture raised hormone free pork from Papa Weaver’s Pork, and organic hormone free chicken from The Local Food Hub. Our Cheddar cheese comes from Mainstreet Farmstead and is from grass fed, hormone free cows. And we use raw hormone free pepper jack and cheddar cheese (when we don’t have the local cheddar). We do our best to source as much organic ingredients (85%) as we can and try to get local produce when we can as well.
